1. What Evolution CV is

Evolution CV is a platform that connects people looking for work with companies and businesses looking for staff. Evolution CV is not an employer or a staffing agency: it takes no part in the employment relationship that candidates and companies may agree on.

2. Accounts

To use the platform you need to create an account with truthful information. Each person is responsible for keeping their password safe and for the activity on their account.

Company accounts are reviewed before they can publish job posts or see candidates. Evolution CV may suspend accounts that publish false information or misleading or discriminatory job offers.

3. Skills and certifications

Each skill on a resume is shown with its validation level: declared by the person, certified by an institution (with documents reviewed by Evolution CV) or certified by the platform (an assessment or course passed on Evolution CV).

Platform certifications are not official degrees. Evolution CV reviews the documents submitted in good faith but does not guarantee their authenticity.

4. Active job search

Every 30 days we ask candidates to confirm that they are still looking for work. If they do not confirm within the following 7 days, their resume is no longer shown to companies until they reactivate it.

5. Paid plans

Companies can subscribe to monthly plans with more job posts and contacts. Prices are shown before subscribing. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time; the cancellation takes effect from the next period.

One-off purchases are also available, with no subscription: the job post pass, which gives one job post the benefits of the Business plan for the number of days shown at purchase, and the contact pack, which adds contacts to use once the monthly quota runs out and does not expire.

Online purchases can be withdrawn within 10 calendar days of the purchase, under Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240, using the site's “Cancel a purchase” button.

6. Prohibited use

It is not allowed to publish job offers that discriminate on the basis of gender, age, nationality, religion, marital status, appearance or other conditions protected by Argentine Law 23,592, or to use candidates' data for purposes other than a hiring process.
