Privacy policy
Draft of October 19, 2026. The Spanish version prevails.
1. What data we store
From candidates: identification and contact details, education, work experience, skills, expected salary, availability, the social networks they choose to share and the certificates they attach.
From companies: company details and those of the contact person, published job posts and their candidate tracking.
References: when a company hires someone through the platform, we ask both of them to answer a few questions about the job. Other companies only see averages and reviewed comments, without knowing who answered, and what is said about a company is only shown once there are at least 3 answers.
Cancel a purchase: if you ask to cancel a purchase, we store your name, your email and what you told us, only to process the cancellation and refund and to answer a claim.
Phone notifications: if you turn them on, we store the technical address your browser gives us to send you notifications. It is deleted when you turn them off or delete your account.
Assessments: we store your answers, your score and the date of each attempt. Companies only see whether the skill was certified by the platform, not your answers or your score.
Courses: when you open a course from the platform, we store which course and when, to know what people are interested in and for agreements with institutions. We don't share your data with the institution: if you sign up, you give it to them yourself.
2. What we use it for
To show resumes to matching companies, calculate how well they match job posts, send job alerts and active-search reminders, and recommend training. We do not sell personal data.
3. Who sees your resume
Only companies approved by Evolution CV, and only if you gave your consent and your job search is active. Your contact details (phone and email) are only shown to companies you applied to or that unlocked your contact within their plan.
4. Your rights
You can access, correct, download and delete your data at any time from your dashboard, under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding breaches of the personal data protection rules.
5. Security and retention
Data is stored on servers with restricted access. If an account stays inactive for a long time, we will notify you before deleting it.
