Cancel a purchase

If you bought a plan, a job post pass or a contact pack, you can cancel it within 10 calendar days of the purchase, with no reason needed and at no cost (Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240). You don't need an account.

  1. Fill in the form and we'll give you a tracking code, which we also send you by email.
  2. We cancel the purchase or subscription.
  3. If you already paid, we refund you through the same payment method.

If you have an account, use the email you sign in with.

Tell us what you bought and when. For example: "Business plan, bought on October 15".
